Official Public Offer Agreement

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to IDtransfero! Please read this document carefully before booking. By placing an order on our website, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute an official public offer agreement.

1. General Provisions and Service Status

Role of IDtransfero: Our service is an online platform that helps clients (Passengers) find and book car transfer services across Europe. We act as an intermediary between you and the direct providers of the trip.

Carrier Responsibility: The actual transportation is carried out by our partners — licensed transport companies and professional private drivers (Carriers). They bear full legal responsibility for passenger safety, the technical condition of the vehicle, and luggage transportation during the trip.

2. Booking Rules

  • Accuracy of details: When booking, you must provide accurate information: full name, active phone number, email, date, pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the flight or train number.
  • Local time: All departure times in the voucher are specified exclusively in the local time of the departure country.
  • Booking errors: If the driver could not meet you due to an incorrectly specified flight number, wrong date, or switched-off phone, the service is considered fully rendered, and funds are non-refundable.

3. Meeting Rules and Waiting Time

The cost of your transfer already includes standard complimentary waiting time by the driver:

  • At airports: 60 minutes from the actual landing time of the aircraft.
  • At train and bus stations: 30 minutes.
  • In cities, at hotels, and private addresses: 15 minutes.

If you are delayed at customs or baggage claim, you must immediately contact the driver or IDtransfero customer support. Waiting beyond the limit is paid to the driver additionally according to the company's rates.

4. Luggage, Child Seats, and Passengers

  • Child policy: According to EU legislation, any child (even an infant) is considered a separate passenger. Carrying children on laps is strictly prohibited.
  • Child seats: You must indicate the need for child seats or boosters when placing your order. If a seat was not booked, the driver has the right to refuse the trip for safety reasons, and the transfer fee is non-refundable.
  • Luggage allowance: The standard limit per passenger is 1 large suitcase (sum of three dimensions up to 158 cm) + 1 piece of hand luggage. The transportation of oversized luggage (skis, snowboards, baby strollers, musical instruments) must be reported in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation: You can cancel or change order details free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled trip time. In this case, funds are fully refunded to your card.
  • Late cancellation: If you cancel the order less than 24 hours in advance (or fail to show up), 100% of the cost is retained as compensation for vehicle dispatch and booking the driver's time.
  • Force majeure: Flight cancellations or delays by airlines are not the fault of IDtransfero. If the plane is delayed for more than 2 hours and you did not notify us, the order is canceled without a refund.

6. Rules of Conduct in the Vehicle

The driver reserves the right to refuse transportation (or stop the trip) without a refund if the passenger:

  • Is in a state of severe alcoholic or drug intoxication.
  • Behaves aggressively, interferes with driving, or damages property.
  • Attempts to transport undeclared animals (transporting pets is allowed only in special carriers upon prior agreement).

In case of damage or severe soiling of the interior caused by the passenger, the client is obliged to fully pay the cost of dry cleaning or repair.

7. What is Included in the Trip Cost

The price you see when booking on the IDtransfero website is fixed and final. It includes:

  • Car rental with a driver along the selected route.
  • Fuel, basic passenger and vehicle insurance.
  • Payment of all toll roads, tunnels, and city entry fees (if the route includes them).
  • Standard waiting time (see point 3).

Any unplanned route changes, additional stops at the passenger's request, or extra waiting time are paid separately by agreement with the driver.

If you have any questions about these rules or need help with booking, our support team is available 24/7. We wish you a pleasant and safe journey with IDtransfero!
